If you're looking to start an on-demand fitness journey, start at the YMCA. We've worked with industry experts to develop a series of workouts based on fitness goals: Get Strong, Get Fit or Get Lean. Each pathway can be tailored for beginners or those looking to level up.

Get Fit

A strong cardiovascular workout with light resistance training for eight weeks. Low impact intervals and training circuits to improve strength, stamina and flexibility.
