We work alongside Nutrition HealthWorks and Avance Care to add nutrition, recovery and mental health into training.

Evolt 360 Scanning

Every Personal Training client has access to Evolt 360 body composition analysis. This provides detailed data about a body through more than 40 measurements in just 60 seconds.

The Evolt body scanner works by passing a safe electrical current through the feet and hands to measure muscle, fat, water and minerals specific to each person. This allows trainers to better design a health and wellness program tailored to each person.

They can tailor a plan to your specific needs, goals and lifestyle and explain the chosen exercises, workouts and plans.  They can also help with nutrition, recovery, stress, sleep and even mindset support with empathy, respect and positive encouragement.
