School’s out, and kids are bursting with energy! Give yours a joyful way to stay active, focused and calm this summer with our Kid Yoga sessions designed just for ages 4–12. Kid Yoga blends movement, mindfulness and playtime into one exciting 30-minute adventure. Using the same powerful foundations as adult yoga—breathing, stretching, balance, and mindfulness—we make them super fun and age-appropriate with games, stories, animal poses and imaginative flows. Children leave feeling stronger, happier and equipped with lifelong tools to handle big feelings and busy days.
